While we did a very short announcement we were granted a third patent, the only place we have told folks (for the moment) that Smarter Agent is now live (on Sprint and Nextel phones) is in this blog.

Nonetheless, we will shortly hit the 100 mark for users that have apparantly stumbled upon the application on their cell phone.

And we have already received requests from folks to find them homes similar to the ones that have recently sold in the neighborhoods they are looking.

This is significant.

This means the first leads ever sent to Realtors via consumers searching for real estate on their LBS cell phones has occured.

Maybe not the same as taking the first steps on the moon, but very, very exciting.

A new channel is born.
