Ira Lubert is now an equity owner in Smarter Agent. Ira is Chairman of the largest equity fund group in the Philadelphia region with real estate and technology interests. Mike Carter of The Musser Group and Howard Lubert of SafeHatch also joined our Board and have equity interests in the company. The introduction was made by our friend Paul Soult.
