There are almost 105 million households in the United States, with an average of 2.6 members per household.
About 68% of American households own a home.

Smarter Agent Technology News
I know most of our clients think of us as "the most refreshing real estate company they have ever dealt with".

Recent News:
1. We were a finalist in the Philadelphia regions "best technology company of the decade awards". This was a competition to find "best of the best" Ben Frankling Emerging Business award winners over the last 10 years. King of like Survivor Allstars - although the prize of being a top company is a lot more than a million bucks.
2. Our patented wireless GPS real estate search is coming out of beta testing and we are talking to the top wireless carriers to make this available from your cell phone! We have a blast using this app in house, it is so Star Trek cool. Its been written up in USA Today, Kiplingers Mag, and a host of newspapers - stay tuned.
3. The technology of this real estate app is so empowering we just got a contract from Drexel University and the US Army to create a sample of what we could do for first responders and the military. We can rapidly deliver information to any wireless device with relevant and sometimes critical information about your surroundings as a person moves through the world. We are proud to be able to help those in the public safety arena, help the rest of us, in case of disaster. We don't talk about this in this forum which is real estate buying and selling realted, but it just shows what's under our hood.
